Core samples stored at Kochi Core Center can be used by applying to the agency that manages the ownership and the right of use of each sample. The application is called a sample request.

Core samples collected under the Integrated Ocean Drilling Program (IODP), the Deep Sea Drilling Program (DSDP), and the Ocean Drilling Program (ODP)

For sample requests related to IODP Expeditions 314 and beyond, please use the Sample Material Curation System (SMCS).
